Recycled polyester refers to polyester fibers that have been recycled using waste materials such as plastic bottles and old clothing. While conventional polyester is made from petroleum, recycled polyester is expected to reduce the environmental burden because it reuses waste materials.		The smooth, highly stretchy, and supple fabric is perfect for sports and outdoor activities. Of course, it also boasts essential features for a dry-fit T-shirt: moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and UV protection.		This name tag can be easily torn off by hand without using scissors or other tools. This reduces the time and effort required to replace the name tag with a custom one. It’s also ideal for those who prefer to remove the name tag before wearing the garment.

By using semi-dull yarn, we have achieved a natural sheen with reduced shine, while also reducing transparency compared to typical polyester mesh dry T-shirts (compared to our previous models). You can wear even light colors with confidence.	To prevent the bleeding (sublimation) phenomenon, where print colors change color, which was a problem with dry-fit T-shirts, we used “cationic dyeable polyester” for dark colors. This resulted in excellent print color development. The photo on the right shows a comparison of the same white color when silk-screen printed. *Note: With some water-based binders, baking at high heat may cause unfixed dyes to bleed (thermomigration).

TEAR AWAY TAG – Creating original items is now easier with “removable name tags”.
