Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan orders will be shipped via SF Express
International orders will be delivered express through Fedex.
All orders Fedex Int’l Econ. will be sent with a tracking number once dispatched from the warehouse.
Orders to PO boxes will not be accepted.
DUTIES & TAXES

RETURNS
We want to make returns as easy as possible! However, please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
What can be returned?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
Items must be unworn and in original, unused condition with tags attached.
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Simply email us at info@brother4.com with your order number, reason for return, and tracking number for your return shipment.
What happens after you return your item?
We’ll process your return within a reasonable timeframe. Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund for the item(s) (excluding original shipping and handling costs).

This includes the cost of the return label and any other import or brokerage fees that are applied when the return is shipping from outside of Hong Kong. Any return that is shipped collect or requires the payment of courier/freight costs upon return will be refused and not accepted. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located at all times.
