SHIPPING POLICY

Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan orders will be shipped via SF Express

International orders will be delivered express through Fedex.

All orders Fedex Int’l Econ. will be sent with a tracking number once dispatched from the warehouse.

Orders to PO boxes will not be accepted.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local government. For your convenience, EU VAT will be calculated during checkout after you enter your full address. This ensures total clarity on the final cost of your premium items, including those made with the advanced Compact Combed Yarn technology.

RETURNS

We want to make returns as easy as possible! However, please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

What can be returned?

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
• Items must be unworn and in original, unused condition with tags attached.
• Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to initiate a return?

• Simply email us at info@brother4.com with your order number, reason for return, and tracking number for your return shipment.

What happens after you return your item?

We’ll process your return within a reasonable timeframe. Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund for the item(s) (excluding original shipping and EU VAT costs).

Important Notes:

• Please thoroughly inspect your order for any damages or inaccuracies before embellishing. We cannot accept returns on embellished items.
• We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect the items have been worn, purchased with the intention of resale, or otherwise exploit our return policy.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). This includes the cost of the return label and any other import or brokerage fees that are applied when the return is shipping from outside of Hong Kong. Any return that is shipped collect or requires the payment of courier/freight costs upon return will be refused and not accepted. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located at all times. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by brother4.com. We only accept returns sent directly to the address below.

Exchanges

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
